Decorate sides of a glass lantern with colourful glass and shimmering textures at this fused glass evening workshop!
This session is open to your design, within reason! The course fee includes the metal lantern itself, that we will replace the clear glass panels with specialist glass which you decorate in any design you wish using mostly precut glass waves/bars and tiles, frit balls, rods and paint. Your panels will be fired and fitted together before you collect, ready for you to enjoy! Think about a version of my flower garden, seascape, winter landscape or painted trees workshops, but on four sides of a lantern... you get to have 4 times the fun!
Simply complete your design during the session and leave it at the studio for me to fire, clean and finish ready for you to display and enjoy. We will arrange for you to collect your piece after a few weeks or I can post your finished piece at cost. I am aware some people might want to only decorate 1, 2 or 3 sides of the lantern and I am more than willing to talk about this, and reduce the fee to suit.
