A deeply relaxing and restorative evening. Gentle breath-work, communal herbal tea before we nestle in to the sacred healing sound and vibration of gongs, a range of flutes from around the world, singing bowls, high vibrational angelic singing, shamanic voice and drum, chimes bells and whistles.
