Summer Yoga

Yoga in the Yard, Tuesdays at 5:30 all summer long.

Join the wonderful instructors from Massena Yoga Studio, LLC for our outdoor yoga series.

We will move inside if the weather is poor.

All levels welcome. Bring a mat or towel if you have it, we have mats to share if you don't have one!

Bring a water bottle. The building will be open for restrooms and water each evening.
