Yoga for Emotional Health

This yoga class, led by experienced certified yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and mental health counselor, Renee Groenemann, is designed to highlight the practices in yoga that create a significant impact on your nervous system and emotional wellbeing. Renee's experience allows her to guide multiple experience "levels" for a tailored yoga class good for beginners to advanced students. $80 pays for only 4 of the 5 week series. If you wish to participate in all 5 weeks, you can pay an additional $10 for the last class.

With interest, we will continue this class beyond the first 5-week series.
