Fall Freezer Meal Workshop

Join us for this freezer meal prep workshop in the River of Life Gym in Mason Saturday, Sept. 13 at 9:30 a.m. to prepare meals featuring our favorite protein, beef, to feed your family this fall. Enjoy fellowship with others, learn skills to apply in your own kitchen and take home some freezer meal kits for your family to enjoy this fall!

Due to space, attendance will be limited to 10 participants. Stay tuned for registration that will open Monday, Aug. 18!
