Walk With a Doc

Dr. Symonds will present to the group for 5-10 minutes and then participants will have the opportunity to ask questions or chat with one another while enjoying a walk.

All participants will choose their own time and distance. No membership necessary. We hope you can join us. Feel free to bring the kids and a friend.

We have an exciting incentive for our walkers; all first-time walkers AND returning walkers who recruit a new walker will be eligible for one entry into a drawing to win your choice of 3 great prizes!
1. fitness tracker
2. three-month membership to the gym of your choice

We will meet on the sidewalk North of the hospital near the bench.
