Boundaries Without Guilt Workshop

You love what you do. You care about the people you serve. But you're feeling overwhelmed and are struggling with work-life balance. Caregiver Coach and Self-Care Advocate Jenn Boroby supports nonprofit staff and volunteers continue doing what they love in an emotionally healthy way. You'll learn how to set and protect healthy limits in service-based work.

A zoom link will also be provided for attendance. Lunch will be provided for in-person attendees.

$10 registration fee for in-person attendees; free for virtual attendees.

Registration closes at noon on October 13th.
