What are mala beads?

A string of 108 beads, traditionally to count a mantra (or prayer) during meditation.

Join Brandy in making your own mala necklace to help grow in your meditation practice or however you choose to use your mala necklace.

There will be a short guided meditation to start the workshop as well as a brief history of the mala beads and the significance of the number 108.
