No Substitutions: Each pairing has been carefully crafted to bring out the best in both the food and beverage. We are unable to accommodate menu substitutions or dietary modifications during these events.

Arrive Promptly: Pairings begin at the scheduled time and are served in sequence. Late arrivals may miss out on courses, as we are unable to pause or repeat pairings once service begins.
