This fully guided lovely 2 hour workshop will include ~
🪑🧘‍♀️ Chair Yoga (approx. 1hr)
💜 Guided Meditation
🎵 Sound Bath (with Crystal Singing Bowls & various other sounds)
😴 Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) 30 minutes of yogic sleep = 4 hours regular sleep & it's amazing!

Cost for this lovely session is just 💲30 per person (cash or bank transfer)

Please note this workshop is suitable for everyone 🤗 Whether you choose to enjoy the relaxation by lying down on a yoga mat or sitting comfortably on a chair 🙌
