Basic Tool Skills

The first in a series of 4 workshops that will teach you the basic skills for a foundation in jewelry making. These 4 workshops are also prerequisites for the more advanced classes and open studio time.

In this class you will learn proper wire wrapping techniques, texturing metal and some movement of metal. In these lessons you will get familiar with how to properly hold and use pliers, hammers and other bench tools.

All tools and materials will be provided.
No experience necessary.

You will need to bring:
Notebook for your notes
Magnification/Reading glasses for close up work
Please wear closed toe shoes and pants for safety
