Beginner Yoga with Ashley Wear

Join instructor Ashley Wear in a gentle yoga class that focuses on yoga asanas, breathing techniques, and meditation every Thursday at 10am between March 12th and May 28th. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and to bring water and a mat or blanket. Chairs and extra mats will be available. No registration required. Free & open to the public.
