I have added a Reiki level 1 and a Reiki level 2 class to my course schedule. Level one will be offered on Saturday May 10. Level 2 will be offered on Sunday May 11. Class size is small and we will be working with both humans and animals.
The cost for each level is $150. It is necessary to reserve your place in class with a $50 deposit. Enrollment will close when the class fills.

The Japanese word Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is made up of two words.
Rei- the most common and accepted definition is universal. A deeper interpretation of the word Rei includes the terms spiritual, higher-self and all knowing.
Ki is life energy. In other cultures it is also known as chi, manna and Holy Spirit. All living things have Ki.
The most common definition of Reiki then is Universal Life Force, or spirit guided energy.
Giving and receiving Reiki gently but powerfully increases the flow of this life energy throughout the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels of our being, resulting in balance and stability. The Reiki practitioner is the conduit through which this energy flows to the recipient.
Reiki does not require a certain belief system or dogma. It is not a religion. There are no pre-requisites or intense study required. Anyone can learn. It is passed on from teacher to student through attunements. These attunements enable the student to channel the life force or energy then share it with others.
