A Matter of Balance: Managing Concerns about Falls

Many older adults are concerned about falling and restrict their activities. A Matter of Balance is an award-winning program designed to help manage falls and increase one activity!

Who can benefit from these FREE classes?

People, 60 years and older, who are concerned about falls, interested in improving balance, flexibility, and strength, restricting activities due to concerns about falling, and able to think independently!

These FREE classes are held every Wednesday (April 16th - June 4th) from 9:00 am - 11:00 am.
