Info: In a recent survey of Florida green industry professionals, most shared that they were concerned about climate change and needed more information on sea level rise depths expected in different locations. Based on current data and future climate change projections, this session aims to give participants an opportunity to practice using online tools to visualize how sea level rise, storm surge, and groundwater flooding are likely to impact their homes, businesses, and local roadways. We will also share resources specific to Martin County and South FL related to climate change mitigation and adaptation. This session will be held at the Blake Library Armstrong Wing (2351 SE Monterey Rd., Stuart). FDACS approved for one CEU in any of the following: Aquatic, GHP, Core, L&O, LCLM, LF, LLO, Ltd Structural, NA, O&T, PA, ROW.
