Claire Boué Biography:
Claire Boué brings over seven years of experience in arts administration, having worked in public and commercial galleries in Toronto as well as the Music Department at the Ontario Arts Council before joining SOCAN in 2021.
Since joining SOCAN, Claire has worked across several teams, starting as a Member Service Agent where she addressed frontline inquiries from the public. She later joined the Creative Team, where she ran various Song Camp Monday sessions, organized SOCAN's Houses in Los Angeles and Nashville, and led SOCAN 101 seminars.
Claire now steps into her new role as Creative Programming & Partnerships Coordinator for SOCAN's Creative Team, focusing on preparing events and developing partnerships to support SOCAN members.
Fully bilingual in French and English, Claire is passionate about exploring the intersections of music and culture.
