This is space to slow down and sort out what’s in your head—no pressure, no pretending.
Each month, we’ll meet for an hour and focus on a new writing prompt meant to help you reflect, release, or reconnect. It’s not therapy. It’s not about fixing anyone. It’s just time to check in with yourself, alongside people who get it.
You don’t have to be a “writer.” You don’t have to share a word you’ve written. This is about showing up—for yourself—and seeing what comes out when you give your thoughts some room.
We meet at the Marshfield Public Library, once a month. All materials provided. Just bring yourself.
What to expect:
• A short, guided writing prompt
• Quiet reflection and journaling time
• Optional group discussion or sharing
• A no-pressure, judgment-free space
Whether you’re sorting through heavy stuff or just need a minute to breathe, you’re welcome here.
2nd Wednesday of each Month
