The day begins with an opening gathering, followed by a Yoga Meditation and Breath Workshop led by Aynsley Forsythe, who will guide participants through an all levels yoga flow practice that emphasizes physical postures and breath techniques. Perfect for navigating transitions, this workshop harnesses the power of movement and breath to cultivate balance and inner peace.

A healthy lunch will be thoughtfully prepared and provided by the JPH culinary team, offering nourishment to fuel the rest of the retreat. After lunch, join Amanda Davis, artist, author, and educator, for an Expressive Art Workshop. Through a series of creative art and writing activities, paired with mindfulness and meditation, participants will explore the connection between the heart, mind, and body, unlocking their creativity and inner voice.

The retreat concludes with a meditation and sound bath, immersing attendees in calming vibrations to foster relaxation and integration of the day’s experiences.
