Menopause Support Group!

We might be all hot & bothered, but it is always easier when we know we aren't alone. Join our local Menopause Support Group! Build relationships with like-minded women, who are experiencing symptoms just like you!

If you are starting peri-menopause or are fully into post-menopause, it doesn't matter.... Come join us as we navigate this phase of our lives - together!

Each session will be comprised of a 30 minute education piece, followed by open discussion.

This will be our first Support Group session! Our first topic will be:

How your hormones work together and why it's important to understand how your body works to reduce symtpoms.
