Menopause Support Group - Beating the Blues!

FREE EVENT! We might all be hot & bothered, but it is always easier when we know we aren't alone. Join our local Menopause Support Group! Build relationships with like-minded women, who are experiencing symptoms just like you.

If you are starting peri-menopause or are fully into post-menopause, it doesn't matter.... Come join us as we navigate this phase of our lives - together!

Each session will be comprised of a 30 minute education piece, followed by open discussion.

Ideal as we might be experiencing a bit of winter blues. A hormonal imbalance can make this even more unbearable. Learn how your hormones effect our moods and brain health. We'll also discuss solutions!
