The 50th annual Grandma's Marathon features a scenic, point-to-point course that runs along the north shore of Lake Superior, starting in Two Harbors and finishing in Duluth.
The course boasts some of the most spectacular views in road racing, running over 32 rivers, creeks, and streams from start to finish.
With rolling hills and a typical tailwind for runners, the Grandma's Marathon course is home to many PRs and is a top Boston Marathon qualifier race each year.
All participants in Grandma's Marathon will receive a finisher shirt and medal (available AFTER the race only).
There are 9,500 entries available in the general half marathon field, with another 500 available through the Great Grandma's Challenge - which offers a chance to run the 5K on Friday followed by the marathon on Saturday.
NOTE: With 2026 marking our 50th annual Grandma's Marathon weekend, we expect the available entries to be sold out shortly after registration opens on October 1.
