Costume Exchange & Craft

The Marshall-Lyon County Library will be hosting a costume swap on Saturday, September 27th from 1 pm to 4 pm. Bring your old costumes and trade them for something new-to-you, or just pick up a costume, no cost!

This event is also our September Crafting SaturPlay; we’ll also have drop-in crafting with Traci to help you create a costume accessory piece.

We will begin accepting costume donations on Monday September 8th. We will accept costumes for all ages and sizes at the Marshall Library location until September 26th.

All costumes and accessories should be clean and in good condition. Wigs and footwear should be clean and lightly worn. Unopened used costume makeup is also welcome.

Costumes may be tried on over clothing or in the family restroom.

Any costume not claimed during the event will be saved for another year’s event or donated to a local thrift shop.
