Step onto a BOGAFiT Mat, meet our friendly instructors, and experience this unique workout for yourself.

This event is perfect if you:
• Want to try a workout that feels fresh and different
• Are looking for low-impact, high-reward exercise
• Are curious but not ready to commit to a full class

Details:
• Free & open to the public (No YMCA membership required)
• No registration necessary
• Swimwear required
• Participants must be comfortable treading water for 45-60 seconds and getting on and off the board without assistance.
