2025 SSC Fall Training Camp

SSC is offering a Fall Swimming Training Camp in preparation for the Fall/Winter sports seasons. The training camp will start on Monday, July 21 and finish on Friday, August 8. The camp will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 6:00-7:30am at the SMSU Pool. There will be a total of 9 sessions and the cost will be $75. The camp is for athletes entering into grades 6 and up. Prior swimming experience is required as each day will include a 60-minute cardio workout and 30 minutes of specialized drill work for better strokes, starts, and turns. Camp dates will be July 21, 23, 25, 28, 30 and August 1, 4, 6, 8.
