Unwind and Reset: An Evening Breathwork Experience

Join us for a relaxing Breathwork Evening Flow session to unwind and reset. This in-person event will take place at 129 Grand Ave Suite 2, Mars, PA 16046. Let's come together to breathe, release tension, and recharge.

Take a deep breath — you’ve made it through the week.
Now it’s time to soften, slow down, and come back home to yourself.

This Breathwork Evening Flow is all about release — letting your body exhale the stress it’s been holding and finding your calm again. Through gentle, guided breathwork using a 4-in, 8-out rhythm, you’ll be guided into a deep state of relaxation where the mind quiets and the body feels safe to rest.

Think of it as a full-body reset — where you melt into the present moment, connect with your breath, and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and at peace.

No experience needed — just an open mind, cozy clothes, a blanket and a willingness to slow down.
Come breathe, unwind, and prepare for a great night’s sleep.

✨Contraindications

Breathwork is a powerful practice, but it’s not recommended for everyone. If you are pregnant, have a history of seizures, epilepsy, cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, severe mental health conditions, or any recent surgery or injuries, please check with your doctor before participating.
