Oula is active in poetry and in science. Sheis co-editor 'Don't Ask the Trees for Their Names', an anthology of nine Arab women who have settled in Australia. She is a highly regarded plant scientist, specialising in photosynthesis, global change biology, as protected cropping.
Jonathan is a Sydney based writer, poet and musician. His short stories have appeared in a range of publications. His poetry has won a number of prizes, and his poetry has featured in books and journals such as Wingless Dreamer, Poet's Choice and Beyond Words Literary Magazine.
Barrina is a Barkinji artist and poet dedicated to writing about topics and themes affecting land, culture, and history. In 2022 she was one of five Australian poets selected to participate in 'Invisible Walls: Poetry as a Doorway to Intercultural Understanding, run in partnership between the University of South Australia and Sogang University in Seoul. She is a current member of the First Nations Australia Writers Network and a director of Us Mob Writing (biog from Red Room Poetry).
