Weekly class for skaters aged 14 years and over who are at the RollerFit Absolute Beginner - Beginner Plus skill level. Exercises and drills are graded amongst the class to find the right balance between your current skill level and a little bit of a challenge. In RollerFit style, fitness exercises and drills will get everyone moving.
