Yoga on the Prairie

Join us for a morning of yoga and a relaxing stroll on the prairie! Yoga instructor, Mardell Jasnowski, will lead us through a low-key and relaxing yoga session out on the patio (weather permitting) at the Education Center. Participants are then invited to hike through the prairie to observe wildflowers and lovely views in the bluffs and along the Platte River.

No yoga mat is required to participate - Poses will be standing or chair-based.

We will meet at the Education Center at Gjerloff Prairie at 9:30am. Coffee, tea and snacks will be available at the Education Center after the yoga session and hike.

Need a ride out in the prairie in our Ranger during the hike? We’ve got you covered! Just let us know you’d like a ride when you arrive on the morning of May 31st.
