Winter Running Clinic - QCRC x Restore Ease Dietetics x Elevate Athletic Training

Join us for an open forum talk on off season running and winter running with Queen City Staff, Dawn Lundin from Restore Ease Dietetics, & Kari Getschow from Elevate Athletic Training. We will cover topics from safety, injury prevention, route planning, and nutrition. Meet at the QCRC Marquette shop at 6pm, and get all the info you NEED to get all the miles you WANT out of this upcoming winter!

Dress warm for an optional group run to follow at 6:45pm
