Join us for the Jaime-Jesus and MAry-Grace Training Lab!

A transformative 3hr workshop designed for Salsa & Bachata social dancers.

Workshops include:
1. SPINNING TOP - Master your spins and elevate your dance with techniques that boost control, balance and confidence. Get ready to turn heads on the dance floor.

2. HIPS DONT LIE - Dive into body movement training for Bachata, unlocking fluidity and rhythm that will have you dancing with soul.

3. ANALYZE THIS - Learn how to learn! Gain essential strategies for practicing effectively and mastering new skills.

Let's take your dancing to the next level together!
$30 per hour or $60 for 3hrs
