Formerly known as the East of the River Fall Festival... We’ve changed the name to honor the legacy of our late colleague Adisa Bakare — a passionate advocate who believed deeply in meeting people where they are and building trust through presence, compassion, and consistency. Adisa’s approach continues to shape how we show up for our communities.
The party will take place rain or shine at the Sycamore & Oak pavilion on the St. Elizabeths East Campus, next to the CareFirst Arena.
