Liz Overs Instore

We're delighted to welcome Sussex folksinger Liz Overs and her autoharp to the shop on Friday 4th July. She'll be playing live in-store from 6.30pm to promote her debut album 'Nightjar'.

'Nightjar' is Liz Overs' debut solo release having previously been signed to Atlantic in the late '90s as part of indie-dance crossover band Pocket Size, and she was also lead singer and songwriter for the Sussex-based folk band Chalk Horse Music. The album features Ben Nicholls and Neill MacColl and has picked up great reviews in Mojo, Songlines and The Observer. It also hit the Top 40 of the Official UK Folk Albums Chart.

Entry is FREE but we need to keep an eye on numbers, so please contact us to let us know to expect you, or you can order a copy of 'Nightjar' from us on CD or LP to guarantee your place.
