Join us this Lughnasadh for a day of wild fun, friendly rivalry, and ancient spirit brought back to life.

The Lammas Games return to Avebury — a light-hearted nod to the old Tailteann Games once held in honour of the harvest. Expect sack races, ridiculous relays, feats of strength (or something like it), and games for kids and grown-ups alike.

This isn’t just play — it’s a celebration of community, connection, and the joy of the turning year. Whether you come to compete or cheer from the sidelines, your laughter honours the land.
