Ready to get outside, move your body, and meet other amazing Women of Color?
Join us for Walk & Connect — a FREE social walk led by a Walk & Talk Therapist, designed to help you slow down, reflect, and recharge.

This isn’t just a walk — it’s a warm and welcoming space to feel seen, supported, and in community with others who get it.

Whether you're craving connection, want to get grounded, or simply enjoy being in nature, this is for you.

About the Host:

Dyshni Sritharan is a registered social worker, therapist, and the founder of Healing Cycles Therapy based in Markham. She offers Walk & Talk Therapy and group workshops rooted in connection, cultural awareness, and community care. As a mom and daughter of immigrants, she is passionate about creating accessible healing spaces where people can feel grounded, supported, and not so alone in their journey. This walk is an invitation to experience therapy-inspired connection in nature — no pressure, just presence!
