Double Trouble Sound Bath

2 Sound Practitioners, 1 hour of immersive sound.

That's 7 gongs, 25+ Crystal Quartz singing bowls, 15 Himalayan bowls and various therapeutic instruments for a full hour.

Guests will be surrounded by layered tones, vibrations, and rhythms from various instruments. This isn't just a regular sound bath, it's a sonic journey like no other.

Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow and an open heart. Twice the sound means double the transformation.

Unfortunately the studio is up a flight of stairs with no life access so please ensure you are able to access on your own.

Street parking is available but minimal; Paid parking is at Angel Car Park (approximately 3 minute walk to studio).

The studio is located across the street or very close to several restaurants as well.

Contraindications:

Sound baths may not be suitable for people with certain health conditions such as epilepsy, tinnitus, first trimester of pregnancy, synthetic medical implants (pacemakes), hip/knee replacements and severe mental health conditions.
