All my Sound Bath sessions are SCIENCE- BASED to make them accessible for all.
No need to bring a yoga mat - I provide chunky floor mattresses for a more comfortable experience.
With only a maximum group of 6, this enables me to create a personal experience. Not only do i play to the room as a whole, i walk around each attendee individually & bathe them up close in the frequencies & vibrations.
Sound Bath's are for everyone. You don't have to be spiritual to feel the benefits of this amazing ancient practice.
It is truly a mid week treat for the mind & body!

Sound baths may not be suitable for people with certain health conditions such as epilepsy, tinnitus, first trimester of pregnancy, synthetic medical implants (pacemakers), hip/knee replacements and severe mental health conditions.
It is recommended that you contact your medical professional before booking a session if you have any concerns.
If you wear hearing aids of any kind, please remove them prior to the session.
