Dr. Hannah Anderson will be discussing fertility nutrition and particularly nutritional supplements for fertility. There are A LOT of options on the market for fertility supplements, but which ones are backed by research? And why? How much is too much?

She'll cover how to pick a good prenatal vitamin, and the situations where you need to add (or avoid) extra supplements.
