Sunday Evening Mother's Day Meditation with Jodi (May 11)

SUNDAY EVENING MOTHER’S DAY MEDITATION - Soak up some goodness and enjoy this Sunday evening meditation with Jodi as you dive inward. This class session is all about calling forth the love you need for your heart. Whether you have/had a good relationship with your own mother or not, you will feel held by mother Earth in a peaceful loving meditation I wrote just for this evening! Breathwork and journaling also take place before the guided meditation session. A heartfelt discussion usually follows meditation. No experience needed, just your open mind and heart. Class is limited to 16 participants.
