MHB August Meeting

Our next meeting is this coming Thursday, August 14 at 6:30 at the McDowell Senior Center and, as always, is open to the public.

For this month’s education, we will be having an open “Ask the Beekeeper” forum. Many of you are wrapping up your first summer of beekeeping and this is an opportunity to ask questions you’ve been collecting as well as get some valuable information on prepping for winter. In the beekeeping world, the year starts now. . We will also be discussing the Sourwood honey black jar contest to be held at our September meeting.
