The FHHA Dementia Support Group provides a welcoming and compassionate space for individuals affected by dementia, including caregivers, family members, and loved ones.
Our mission is to offer emotional support, practical guidance, and valuable resources to help navigate the challenges of dementia with understanding and resilience.
Through peer discussions, expert-led education, and engaging activities, we foster a supportive community where members can share experiences, learn coping strategies, and find comfort in knowing they are not alone.
Topics covered include caregiving techniques, self-care, dementia education, and ways to enhance the well-being of both caregivers and those living with dementia.
Whether you're seeking advice, connection, or simply a listening ear, our group is here to support you on this journey. Meetings are held at our FHHA Training Center, and all are welcome to join.
