Join Brittany Nielson, Heather Wesley, and Kaitlyn Halwani for a soul-nourishing 90-minute Summer Solstice Activation in the healing embrace of nature at Red Arrow Park. Together, we’ll honor the sun’s radiant power and awaken our own inner fire through a beautiful trio of healing modalities:
🌼 Crystal Reiki with Brittany Nielson – Receive Reiki healing infused with the supportive energy of crystals
🌞 Soundbath with Kaitlyn Halwani – Let waves of sacred sound wash over you, soothing your nervous system and harmonizing your energy field
💛 Breathwork & Body Scan with Heather Wesley – Be guided through a grounding body scan, connect with the sun’s life force, and activate your personal power through breath of fire!
This ceremony is designed to help you realign with your light, expand your energy, and step boldly into the second half of the year with confidence and clarity.
What to Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, or cushion, water, eye mask or covering, and anything you need to feel supported and comfortable outdoors.
