A 90-Minute Immersive Experience

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year — a sacred pause before the light begins its return. Across cultures, this threshold has been honored as a time for reflection, release, and nervous-system restoration.

Modern life rarely offers space for this slowing. Many arrive at the solstice carrying emotional weight, accumulated stress, and a body that hasn’t truly exhaled in months. This session offers a somatic reset — not through thinking or talking, but through the intelligence of breath, sound, and stillness.

When we speak of “softening,” this experience defines it clearly:

Softening into safety within the body.

Letting the jaw unclench.

Allowing the chest to release stored emotion.

Inviting the breath to deepen after seasons of bracing and push.

This 90-minute Breathwork & Sound Bath supports the nervous system to downshift from survival mode into regulation — creating space for emotional clearing, grounding, and intention setting as the new light emerges.

Led by Vanessa Viola, Breathwork Facilitator, Energy Healer, Shamanic Practitioner, and Wellness Director (10 years of practice)

What to Expect:

• Guided breathwork journey for emotional and nervous-system release

Participants are invited to come as they are — tense, tired, curious, or quietly hopeful. The only requirement is a willingness to breathe and allow the body to settle.
