Girls will gather to laugh, chat and learn about their changing bodies. This is the second gathering hosted by Kailani, Sister Herb. We will dive deeper into understanding our menstrual cycles, how to live in tune with them and support our bodies and hormones during this time. Discussions will include education on the hormonal system, digestive system, endocrine system and lymphatic system and touch on breast health. They will be reminded of the importance of hygiene and we will make sugar and salt scrubs with essentail oils. Girls attending for the first time will recieve period tracker journal so please note if this is a first time attendee.
