Step into the illuminating energy of the Full Moon with our Full Moon Circle, a sacred 75-minute journey designed to help you release what no longer serves, shed emotional weight, and reconnect with your inner truth.

We’ll begin with a slow, grounding vinyasa flow to soften tension and clear stagnant energy from the body. Through breath and intentional movement, you’ll be guided into deeper presence, opening space for clarity and emotional release—the essence of Full Moon energy.

As your body unwinds and your spirit becomes more receptive, we’ll transition into a deeply restorative sound bath. Supported by blankets and pillows, you’ll be immersed in the healing resonance of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and an ocean drum. These frequencies help soothe the nervous system, amplify intuition, and support the energetic clearing that naturally happens under a full moon.

We’ll close with a gentle Full Moon ritual to honor what you're ready to let go of—whether through reflection, writing, or silent release. This moment invites you to illuminate your inner landscape, acknowledge emotional truths, and create spaciousness for renewal.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected to yourself, your emotional rhythms, and the expansive power of the full moon.

Instructor Bio:

Nevin is a yoga teacher, sound healer, song creatress and embodiment guide devoted to helping people return to a place of harmony and deep surrender. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing is not about becoming someone new or doing more, but about finding stillness and remembering who you’ve always been. Through sound, movement, breath, and subconscious rewiring, she supports people in releasing stored emotions, softening into safety, and reconnecting with inner harmony.
