Begin the DAP Festival week with a moment of deep presence and connection by the water. On Monday, June 30, at 8:00 AM, Bagno Biancamano will become a space of stillness and subtle movement for Rise & Flow, a special Mindfulness Invasion open to all—dancers and non-dancers alike.
Led by Liliana Fantini, certified instructor and member of the Federazione Italiana Mindfulness, this session of Meditazione Mindfulness Biodinamica© invites participants to reconnect with the present moment through breath, body awareness, and conscious observation.
This practice enhances mental clarity, reduces stress, and cultivates a deeper connection to the self—awakening sensations, emotions, and thought patterns with kindness and curiosity. It is a beautiful way to center the body, expand awareness, and begin the day with intention.
