A new round of the Self‑Harmony Teen DBT Group begins February 21 (New date!).
This 7‑week, therapist‑led group gives teens a safe, supportive space to understand their emotions, build healthier coping strategies, and feel less alone. We focus on practical DBT skills like Surfing the Urge, TIPP, STOP, Check the Facts, and more — all taught in a warm, non‑judgmental environment.
Who it’s for:
Teens who experience emotional overwhelm, self‑harm urges, or intense feelings they’re not sure how to manage.
What teens can expect:
• A small, confidential group
• Hands‑on skills practice
• Peer connection and support
• Tools they can use immediately in daily life
