This group is for individuals who feel frustrated by the same relationship problems continuing to show up, even when they've tried hard to make things better. Many people know what they don't want in relationships but aren't sure what to do differently to get a healthier outcome.

In this group, participants will slow things down and focus on building awareness and practical skills. Topics include recognizing when a boundary needs to be set, learning how to set boundaries, and practicing how to follow through in real-life situations. The goal is to support healthier relationship outcomes over time.
This is an individual group, not couples counseling
This group is not the right support for individuals who are currently in unsafe or abusive relationships.
