March of Dimes- Shelly Owens

Shelly rejoined March of Dimes as Georgia Market’s Senior
Executive Director in September 2024. With over 25 years of
nonprofit leadership experience, Shelly draws upon her extensive
background to lead the organization’s local and statewide
operations.
Shelly previously served on March of Dimes’ national sales and
corporate engagement teams, managing mission-critical
partnerships with major hospital systems and corporate accounts.
She also introduced new events, such as Partnership in Parenting
and Black Ties for Babies, to the Atlanta Market, and grew their
flagship event, March for Babies, with a 600% year-over-year
increase, in her first year.
Most importantly, she’s a wife to Dan and a mom of 5, including one
NICU baby, fueling her personal commitment to March of Dimes.
Non-Member of the Kiwanis Club of Marietta, lunch is $25/person and can be paid via check or Venmo.
