Knife Skills, Hands-On

Learn to handle a knife like a pro! Dagmar will teach pinch-grip and bear paw-techniques. You will learn which knife is best for cutting your foods. What are the 3 knives every kitchen should have in it? This is a HANDS-ON class… NO open-toe shoes! You will go home with a zip-top baggie full of the veggies you’ve cut and a recipe for a vegetable beef soup! Participants will receive a FREE Cangshan German Steel Paring Knife to add to their kitchen.

Class is limited to 8 people.
