Baddie "Core" Yoga

BaddieCore music melds metal with other genres, for a unique sound.

We're playing some of our favorite Baddiecore music while we target a gentle core workout. Play on words, cause we're fun like that.

Indoors/Outdoors: Indoors

Cost: $20

Sensory Notes: Please dress for comfort and movement. We'll be listening to louder music, and I might be using a mic to talk over the music as we practice.

What else to bring: Please bring water and any other props you may have and enjoy using, and dress for comfort. We'll have some blocks, straps, blankets and mats to share.

Parking: Parking is free and available at The Gathering Place lot.

We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. 🙂

We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
